SEO, AI visibility & growth ops
SEO judged on enquiries, not rankings.
We run search, AI-answer visibility and lifecycle growth as a measured loop. Search Console and conversions sit side by side, each site gets one change at a time, and no change is judged until it has at least 14 days of data on each side. A climb in rankings that brings no extra enquiries counts as a miss.
What clients arrive with
- Our SEO supplier sends ranking reports, and the phone does not ring any more often.
- ChatGPT and Perplexity recommend our competitors when people ask about our category.
- We changed ten things last month and do not know which one helped.
- We are not sure Google has even indexed half the site.
- Search Console has never been connected to anything we measure.
What you get
- Measurement that connects search to money
- GA4 or PostHog conversions named as events, Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and IndexNow connected, and every page judged on clicks and conversions together.
- A weekly one-change loop
- Each week we review the site, pick the one page with the clearest opportunity, check it against the data and propose one change. A person approves it before anything ships.
- Verdicts, not vibes
- After at least 14 days of complete data on each side, every change is called a win, a miss or a regression on conversions, using equal time windows, and written to an append-only log.
- AI-answer visibility monitoring
- A fixed set of buyer questions asked of four assistant models, GPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity Sonar, logged over time with the competitors named instead of you.
- Pages that close the gaps
- Comparison pages, tools and answer pages written for the questions where competitors are cited and you are not, with structured data and an llms.txt route.
- Technical SEO
- Every URL in the sitemap fetched weekly and checked for error pages, redirects, stray noindex tags and wrong canonicals, so a later deploy cannot quietly undo the work. The check reports; it never changes the site.
- Lifecycle growth operations
- Trial reminders, review requests and win-back emails on schedules, with anything carrying a discount or free text held for human approval. We do not send automated DMs.
How the work runs
Baseline
Score the site, pull 90 days of Search Console history and write a short brief: the offer, who buys, what counts as a conversion, the money pages and the traps.
Instrument
Connect Search Console and analytics with read-only access, name the conversion events and confirm the daily pull is complete.
Change one thing
One approved change per site at a time, shipped and marked live on a known date, so its effect can be isolated.
Judge and report
Equal-window verdicts on conversions, a monthly report in plain English, and the next change chosen from what the last one taught us.
How engagements start
- Baseline audit with a written report and the first three proposed changes.
- Monthly retained loop: one change at a time, verdicts on conversions and a plain-English report.
- Works on sites we built and sites we did not, with Restricted access to Search Console and Viewer access to GA4.

The work behind it
Questions, answered
Something else on your mind? hello@swiftideas.com
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. We guarantee a measured process and an honest verdict on every change. Rankings are one input; enquiries and sign-ups are what we judge.
What is AI visibility, and can you change it?
It is whether assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity name you when someone asks about your category. We measure it with a fixed question set over time and publish pages that answer the questions where you are missing. We report the result as measured, including when it has not moved.
How quickly will we know if a change worked?
A change needs at least 14 days of complete data after it goes live, compared against an equal window before. Low-traffic pages can take longer to reach a clear verdict, and we say so rather than guess.
Do you build links or run outreach?
We do not buy links or send automated outreach. Where outreach makes sense, we prepare drafts that cite only figures the recipient has already published, and a person sends each one.
Can you work on a site you did not build?
Yes. You add our service account to Search Console as a Restricted user and to GA4 as a Viewer. We propose changes; your team or ours ships them.
