    Hi there, I have tried to update the theme to 1.9.5 via cpanel, however unsuccessfully. I uploaded the zip file downloaded to my mac computer to the theme’s folder but once I activate the new version my theme is not displaying properly.
    Also, when I unzip the file in file manager cpanel, it creates a mac_osx folder.
    Do I have to update anything else apart from the theme?

    Please see screenshot for what it looks when activated.
    Would you be able to answer my other questions about updating the template and the Mac_osx folder issue?

    Of course it looks fine, I have reactivated the old theme version while the issue is resolved. I had provided you with a screenshot of what it looks like when the new theme is activated.

    Can you let me know how to resolve this issue and best way to do this?

    Speaking of updates we’ve recently installed WPML to our site and are experiencing an image resizing issue. It appears that we are currently running version 1.63 of the theme. Is there a reason we have not been receiving updates? And if not, could you please advise us on how to do so? Thanks so much!

    Hello, I have found the same problem as Sylviebyfreer, after updating to Atelier 1.9.5 (changing Atelier theme directory via cPanel) the theme is displaying totally dismounted. I attach picture.
