Full Time Support Assistant

 

We’re looking for a super talented support assistant to join our team, with the benefits of being able to join a progressive environment, and work from anywhere in the world.

What your job will entail:

• Working 6-8 hours a day, 5 days a week (working weekends would be a plus)
• Answering support tickets from customers
• Debugging issues with the appropriate tools
• Reporting theme issues to our developers
• Providing minor PHP/CSS customisations

 

What we require from you:

• Strong HTML/CSS/PHP/jQuery knowledge
• Ability to use various debugging tools, such as inspector or firebug
• Knowledge of WordPress themes/plugins
• Good written english
• Patience, and courtesy
• Previous support experience is a plus.
