    I’m on a Lenovo, windows 7 sp1

    While we’re working on this could you please do me a favour and change the homepage visualization of blog posts? It needs to be a sort of masonry like this: http://expediablog.co.uk/

    thanks

    Thanks I can replicate this issue and see the WP JS error: Deprecated TinyMCE API call: <target>.onNodeChange.add(..).

    I have asked the team to assist with this as I am not 100% sure on a solution.

    Thanks,
    David.

    Hello there,

    since apparently you guys are able to modify the builder could you please set the homepage as masonry?
    this thread has been going on for 18 days and I would appreciate if you could help me with that emergency while waiting for the final solution.

    thanks
    Riccardo

    Hi Riccardo,

    Unfortunately I cannot as the Builder settings are not loading.

    I am confident we can get this sorted though as I also see this error:

    POST http://blog.expedia.ie/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error)

    Can you ask your host why you get that 500 error? – To get them to reproduce, you must be on a page and editing the Page Builder asset (Click the tick icon.)

    Thanks.

    Ah – here is the issue, please report this to your host: Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /var/www/html/IE/wp-content/themes/supreme/includes/page-builder/composer/lib/shortcodes.php(480) : eval()'d code on line 480

    Thanks.

    Hi David, thanks for your analysis.
    I’ve opened a ticket with our hosting provider (160218-dfw-0010543) let’s wait for an answer.

    Please help me out to understand this: you say that you cannot load the builder settings (which I guess is the same problem I’m getting), however on the 5th February you said it was working for you. Has something changed?

    thanks
    Riccardo

    Hi Riccardo,

    I misunderstood you, I though the actual PB was not loading, not the page builder settings.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    that’s why on my second post of this thread, on the 2nd February, I specified what I did, attaching also an image. On the 8th February I even attached a video showing what I was doing to get the error, in order to avoid further misunderstanding.
    I find it strange that it took further 10 days to get the point but I’m glad we’re there now.

    The server issue has been solved but I’m still having the issue. Could you please verify? In case the problem persists could you please help me out with the error code?
    thanks!

    Hi David, could you please try again?

    This is what my hosting provider says:

    eval was being disabled by SUHOSIN as stated in the error logs

    [root@blog rack]# grep -v ^\; /etc/php.d/suhosin.ini | sed ‘/^$/d’
    extension=suhosin.so
    suhosin.executor.disable_eval = On
    suhosin.executor.disable_emodifier = On

    I have changed
    suhosin.executor.disable_eval = On
    to
    suhosin.executor.disable_eval = Off

    and restarted apache. Please try testing for me again

    thanks
