Hello

I am trying to change the images in the Shop Category Banner 4×1 for atelier. The original template is attached but when i add my image it comes out as the wrong size. Changing the fixed image height distorts the image.

Any help will be much appreciated.

The image you upload needs to be the correct ratio and large enough in actual PX size to be correctly regenerated at the required size.

Before you upload the image, be sure your image is 1300×1200 in size. That would be large enough to guarantee a satisfactory resize.

Thanks for your message. The image is 4512 x 3400 px. I made it smaller but this didn’t fix it either.
