I’m using Adrotate in order to be able to place ads in various places on our website. So far, I have been totally unable to make it work. Chances are good we’ll be needing to place ads in the header area as well as other spots in 2016 so I’m trying to get a reliable system into place early. Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated. I have not included login info as the site was hacked badly this year and it took a lot of time and effort to clean it out and secure it. If you think you’ll need it to solve the problem, let me know and we’ll come up with something. Maybe I can set up a temporary user and password and then delete it when we’re done.

Hi,
You can insert the Ad at header through Admin -> Theme Options -> Header Options -> Header Advert Space -> This box can be used to place in advert HTML / Shortcode, or text if you would prefer.
