New user not seeing Visual Editor content

New customer here in need of help using Swift builder. The “Visual” and “Text” editor windows show html only (attached). I expected to see the page content in Visual tab as viewer would see it. Please explain and assist.

You are already editing a visual asset(Parallax Asset), inside those assets it’s only possible to use the default WordPress editor where you can also use some of our shortcodes from the shortcode generator.

Hi BH,

The Visual Drag & Drop UX is available in the main WP Editor and not within page builder element content like in your screenshot, that is exclusively for HTML/content.

The UX drag & drop looks like this:
