Issues updating LayerSlider after upgrading Dante to v3.2.3

As requested, here are some Admin login credentials so you can investigate my issue.

The issue was reported on ThemeForest at:

This issue regards me updating the theme to v3.2.3, but subsequently being unable to upgrade LayerSlider to the latest version.

Plugin updated. Seems that your auto-update was taking too long, may need increased php memory.

Hi there.. This is the message I get, telling me I cannnot update LayerSlider….

” You can find your purchase code by selecting the License Certificate option under LayerSlider’s Download button on your CodeCanyon Downloads page.
It seems you’ve received LayerSlider by a theme. Please note that the auto-update feature only works if you’ve purchased the plugin directly from us on CodeCanyon. ”

When I try to manually update, it tells me
” If you’ve received LayerSlider as a bundled item in your theme, new releases will be provided by the theme author through theme updates.”
