I have set up uplift theme on my staging site at FlyWheel, and the instagram feed is not showing up. I have authenticated it, but each time I try to save the token, it brings up a 404 error. Not sure if that’s because it’s on a staging website, but all other features are working. Can you take a look?
Thanks.
BJNovember 25, 2016 at 5:44 pm #303737Hi BJ,
Sure, we can assist you. Please first validate your purchase by adding your purchase code to your profile: http://www.swiftideas.com/forums/users/beej30/
December 22, 2016 at 6:26 pm #307829I went back and added the purchase code, but still haven’t had the Instagram issue resolved. I tried again to install it on the home page, but it won’t display. I generated the authentication code but each time I save changes, it gives me a 404 error. I just updated to the latest version of your theme today too. Any help you can provide would be great.
Thanks so much.

bjDecember 22, 2016 at 10:52 pm #307858Are you trying to access the site directly or have you already logged into WordPress and are then getting this error?
This is the Staging Admin Login Access info for WordPress:

Username: Brian
Password: 3h1Q4X5t8UlDecember 23, 2016 at 12:16 pm #307903I managed to login using chrome in incognito mode, strange.
Just checked your site and the SwifFramework plugin needs to be updated.
After that clear the browser cache and try to replicate the initial issue.https://www.dropbox.com/s/jqpqccixibbwiro/Screenshot%202016-12-23%2011.14.37.png?dl=0

December 23, 2016 at 5:18 pm #307939Same thing. Getting a 404 page error after I generate the code, and click ‘save changes’. I cleared my cache in Chrome, and even tried it in Safari because I hadn’t tested it there. Same thing.
December 23, 2016 at 6:35 pm #307948You should be able to do this now. If you ever encounter 404 issues with WordPress, test reseting your Permalinks by simply saving them again.
Thanks.
