That can only be coincidence. Our importer also used the WordPress importer, but adds some functionality to assign menus and other options that the default Importer doesn’t do.

Its a nightmare to install this theme! I tried everything but still not working, impossible to install demo content! I installed many wordpress themes, never happen nothing like this!

Whats your theme? Did you unzip the zip file downloaded from Themeforest?
Take a screenshot of the error.

Managed to install it.

Instructions should be more clear.

There’s no need to install the whole 40M file. It’s just the zip file inside the theme file folder.

However, now after the import, we have multiple menus showing up.

Any suggestion? Perhaps deleting the menu and reimport but don’t know how/where to delete them.

Also the slider seems to be mixing images.

If you download the main package from ThemeForest then you always need to unzip first – unless you download the “Installable WordPress file”.

You can delete menu items in Appearance > Menus.

Can you provide a link for us to check what issue you have with the slider?

Hi,

To remove for instance the Instagram from the top bar and the footer add the code below to your custom css option.

#top-bar li.instagram, #footer-widgets li.instagram  {
  display: none;
}

Our demo sites are hosted in WP Engine, that provide a good service and a good speed.
