Within Footer options I am unable to change which footer layout I want? Can you fix this please.

Hi,
I am able to change the footer layout at footer options. You need to insert widget at footer layout through Admin -> Appearance -> Widgets > Footer Column 1, Footer Column 2, Footer Column 3.
