We are currently hosted at 1und1 which uses PHP7. Unfortunately the Swift Page builder seems to have a big problem with that. Texts go missing and container elements don’t show, etc. Do you have a fix for that?

We are working on an update for that currently, in the meantime please ask your host to switch you back to WP 5.4 as that is stable.

I just tested this. I have WordPress 4.2.2, Dante 3.2.4 and PHP 7.0.3. The Swift page Builder only shows the contentelements. But the variables are not loaded (e.g. background color of a row).

Switching back to PHP 5.6.18 fixes it for now.

I have tried to create a new topic however once I click submit, the page reloads with no topic submission confirmation.

Sorry for the confusion, but you don’t need to create the new topic to send us the user credentials.
The new topic is only necessary if we need to reply you in private.

Set your next reply has “Set as private reply”

Strange that error when creating a new topic, try in another browser and clear the cache.

I have tried with Private reply in a new browser but I’m still having the same issue
Basically I cannot create a new topic and I cannot create private reply

We receive a lot of private replies everyday without any problem.
Can you try in a different computer or send us a screenshot of the problem.
