Change Cart Layout

Hey there,

I’d like to change the default cart layout. I think it looks a bit too tight, especially the right column. I’m a big fan of the default layout or alternatively putting the “Cart Totals” completely below the rest in full width like in Tablet size now.

Is there any option or easy way to do so without overwriting templates completely?

Are you talking about the cart that flies out in the header or the cart page?

Thanks for helping, I was talking about the main cart.

I already found my solution in copying the cart.php over to the child theme and modifying it.

Rui, good day! Thank you for your response. Sorry, I miss inserting my concern to my previous comment. What I really wanted is that the “Cart Totals” is below the full width of “item, description, unit price, quantity, and subtotal. The same as the image attached below. Thanks.

Please add this to Theme Options => Custom CSS:

.woocommerce-cart .col-sm-3.cart-totals-wrap {
  width: 50%
}
.woocommerce-cart .col-sm-9.cart-items-wrap {
  width: 100%
}

Thanks David. Almost works but the recommended cross-sell product section still shows up below the cart total section(see attached). In the default cart, cross-sell products and cart totals are aligned (cross-sell on left, cart totals on right).

Is this doable?

Unfortunately that customisation is beyond our scope of support as it is more work than a small customisation.

We only provide support for theme issues, and at times basic customisations.

We recommend that you seek a freelance developer if you need to make that customisation.
