Basically the title says it all.

If I set a blank page with no header or footer, when on mobile the hamburger icon with the logo still gets displayed..

Hi,

I have added the fix to the pending 1.0.7 release.

In the meantime please add this to your custom CSS to resolve the issue:
```
.page-template-template-blank2fw #mobile-header,
.page-template-template-blank3 .page-heading,
.page-template-template-blank3 #mobile-header,
.page-template-template-blank3fw #mobile-header {
	display: none !important;
}
.page-template-template-blank3.page-shadow #container,

    -webkit-box-shadow: none;
    -moz-box-shadow: none;
    box-shadow: none;
}
```
