    Hi! I am setting up a new site using your Pinpoint theme and for some reason, the background colors and images aren’t showing up. Can you please help? Thanks!

    Your server is not loading the custom styles:

    Can you test re-uploading the theme files via FTP?

    Either the upload process is being cut-off or your server is blocking the resources.

    Can you add your FTP details?

    Can you screenshot how you enter these in your FTP. I am having issues connecting with those details.

    I need you to contact your hosting provider. All the theme files are there correctly, however your server is not loading them:

    Do you have any external security plugins running?

    Not sure what happened but I re-uploaded the theme (through WP not FTP) and everything is working correctly now:
