    It’s strange, on my dev version it’s working nicely.

    Will need you to install the child theme and add the snippet there. The child theme should not slow down the site in anyway, assuming your using the one we supply?

    Please also add your FTP details.

    Yes, I do not think the action was firing when within the snippets manager.

    Do you have a staging site setup?

    Hi David, it was the same if the code was in the snippets manager or directly in the functions.php file, neither worked. We do not have a staging site set up… how do we proceed to fix this?

    I also notice that when the plugin is activated in the side bar, the products page the products do not line up properly on like an even grid, is this a separate issue?

    I would really need a staging site setup for your site with the child theme installed.

    When testing on my dev, the products to return and I cannot replicate the blank return that you see.

    Your host will do this, if you contact them and ask for it they should be able to do this for you easily. Once complete get the FTP details for that and drop them here for us.

    Hi, you need to use Firefox. Because it is a staging copy of our live site, the SSL cert. is not valid. It does not clear in chrome when you clear the cache as we are on their preload list for HSTS. So, please use FF, Safari or IE.
